My approach in perinatal care
In motherhood, this often means supporting you to:
make sense of your new routines and demands
find ways to manage daily life with more ease and less overwhelm
reconnect with parts of yourself outside of being a mother
build rhythms that actually work for your real life (not an ideal version of it)
adjust when things feel different than expected—physically, emotionally, or practically
There is no “right way” to do motherhood here. We focus on what your life needs.
Who I work with
I support women in:
pregnancy
postpartum and early motherhood
transitions into motherhood (including identity shifts and role changes)
adjusting to the practical realities of life with a baby or young child
You might come to me if you’re feeling:
overwhelmed by daily routines or mental load
disconnected from your sense of self
like your days are full but not functioning well
unsure how to “fit yourself” into life with a baby
like you’re managing, but not really living in a way that feels right
What working together looks like
We look closely at your actual daily life—what’s working, what isn’t, and what feels important to you.
From there, we explore practical, realistic changes that help you feel more steady, supported, and in control of your day-to-day life.
This might include:
rebuilding routines that fit your current reality
finding strategies to reduce overwhelm
supporting rest, recovery, and energy management
helping you reconnect with meaningful activities
making small, sustainable changes that improve how your days feel
My belief
You don’t need to “push through” motherhood or lose yourself in it.
You deserve a daily life that feels possible, supportive, and aligned with who you are becoming.
Occupational Therapy is simply about helping you get there—one day, one routine, one small change at a time.

Who We Are
About
Helping you live life in motherhood, not just cope with it
Motherhood changes almost everything—your routines, your identity, your energy, and the way your days are structured. Even when things are going “okay,” many mothers quietly feel like they’ve lost access to their own life.
This is where I come in.
I’m a Perinatal Occupational Therapist, which means I support you with the practical and emotional reality of everyday life during pregnancy, postpartum, and early motherhood.
So what is Occupational Therapy?
Occupational Therapy isn’t about jobs or careers.
In healthcare, “occupation” simply means the everyday things that make up your life—such as:
getting dressed and managing your morning routine
feeding, settling, and caring for your baby
sleep and rest
managing household tasks
returning to work or study
seeing friends, moving your body, or having time for yourself
When these things feel overwhelming, disrupted, or no longer like “you,” it can impact your wellbeing.
Occupational Therapy helps you rebuild or reshape your daily life so it feels more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
