Your initial session is a conversation about your pregnancy journey, your daily routine, and your unique transition to motherhood.
We will look at what you find most challenging right now and figure out how I can best support you. Together, we’ll map out a clear, practical plan for your next steps so you feel confident in your motherhood journey.

Absolutely. Your privacy is incredibly important to me. Every aspect of your private pregnancy and postnatal support stays entirely confidential, ensuring a completely safe space for you to share your experiences, unless there are serious, immediate safety concerns.

Yes, most clients can access financial rebates for maternity support services. Depending on your provider, you may be able to claim these sessions through your private health insurance policy. I highly recommend checking your specific policy details with your insurance provider.

Our initial assessement by phone is 30 minutes, to identify your current concerns and to shape the support that may benefit you.
The home visit is up to 90 minutes, to explore how you spend your day, your responsibilities, supports (or lack of), and you may like your day to feel easier whilst building your confidence.
Follow up online / or phone sessions are 45 minutes long.
*Additional travel costs will be discussed during the Discovery Call

I completely understand that life with a baby or during pregnancy can be unpredictable! If you need to change your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so that I can offer that time slot to another mother who needs support. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will encur the full fee.
