Frequently Asked Questions

No, you can book directly! A GP referral for motherhood support is not required to access my services. You are welcome to book a session online whenever you are ready. However, because of the specialized nature of my care, many family doctors and GPs choose to refer mums who they identify would benefit from dedicated, professional guidance.

Your initial session is a conversation about your pregnancy journey, your daily routine, and your unique transition to motherhood.
We will look at what you find most challenging right now and figure out how I can best support you. Together, we’ll map out a clear, practical plan for your next steps so you feel confident and prepared.
-
Yes! I provide secure online pregnancy coaching and virtual postpartum support nationwide. Navigating life with a newborn or a pregnancy bump can make leaving the house tough, so these private, virtual sessions allow you to get expert care right from the comfort of your own home.
-
Absolutely. Your privacy is incredibly important to me. Every aspect of your private pregnancy support and postpartum consultation stays entirely confidential, ensuring a completely safe space for you to share your experiences, unless there are serious, immediate safety concerns.
-
Yes, most clients can access financial rebates for maternity support services. Depending on your provider, you may be able to claim these sessions through your private health insurance policy or via a Med 1 Form tax rebate. I highly recommend checking your specific policy details with your insurance provider.

Our online pregnancy and postpartum appointments (as well as phone sessions) are 45 minutes long. If you prefer in-person care, I offer 90-minute postpartum home visits in Dublin county. Please note that home visits outside of Dublin are subject to an additional mileage tariff for surrounding counties.
-
I completely understand that life with a baby or during pregnancy can be unpredictable! If you need to change your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so that I can offer that time slot to another mother who needs support.
